In the footage taken from the party hotspot in Cyprus, two young men can be seen angrily talking to another in a striped shirt.

The striped-shirted man – who witnesses claim was an MMA fighter – then gets shoved by his rival in a black T-shirt.

Appearing to try and keep his cool, he remains calm at first and the row seemingly fizzles out.

But seconds later he loses his temper and tears his shirt off before beelining for the duo.

In a sudden burst of violence, the bare-chested man launches himself at the pair and lands a slap on each of their faces at the same time.

As a fight erupts, the supposed cage fighter appears to knock out the man in the white shirt with a single punch.

He falls to the floor unconscious as blood spurts from his nose.

The topless man then turns to the black-shirted party-goer before repeatedly slamming him on the ground while throwing punches.

He attempts to scramble away as the shocking footage ends.

Witnesses claimed the apparent MMA fighter had been playing on punch machines earlier in the night and had thrown “unreal” blows even against the punching bag.

Cyprus Police said that none of those involved in the bloody fight had reported the incident however they are aware of the brawl and are investigating.

The local who caught the brawl on camera, who did not wish to be named, said: “I see fights every night in Ayia Napa – it’s a party place, it’s normal – but never a fight like this.

“It’s normally just a kick and a push. Not a double slap and a KO by a complete stranger.”

“The incident, however, did come to our attention and we have been carrying out investigations concerning the engagement.

“Up to date, no evidence or testimony has been found which would allow for the identification of the persons involved.”
