Former glamour model Katie Price, 40, was accused of driving her £750,000 motor while almost over twice the legal drink-drive limit while it crashed into a car and grass verge last year.
Appearing at Bexley Magistrates’ Court today, she was found not guilty of drink-driving in the early hours of October 10 after she attended a mate’s party.
Price, who also pleaded not guilty to being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle, claimed an unnamed third person was driving the car and ran off after a row with her and her friend Kris Boyson, who was in the passenger seat.
But judge Nigel Dean found she was not a “plausible” or “credible” witness to events on Shooters Hill Road in Greenwich.
She was banned from driving for a further three months and ordered to pay a fine of £1,500.
After being handed out the fine, Price pumped her fist several times, saying: “Brilliant, I thought I was about to get two years.”

Hitting out at Boyson for not revealing the identity of the driver, she told the court: “No he’s not helping me at all. That’s why I’m in this trouble.”
Police Constables Benjamin Jones and Balvinder Mann first saw her car veer off the road and hit a grass verge at 12.40am before seeing it stationary about 15 minutes later, the court heard.
Jones told the court that he approached the car to find Price in the back of the vehicle while her boyfriend Boyson was in the passenger seat.
“Her eyes were blurred and her speech was a bit slurred. Although she was sitting, it was in a slumped position,” Jones told the court.
“I could smell alcohol. In my opinion she was drunk.”
Prosecutor Sonya Saul asked how drunk, to which the officer replied: “I would say very.”
The car, he added, showed signs of a collision, with the bumper hanging off and pieces of shrubbery attached to its exterior.
Jones added: “I also noticed what appeared to be sick on the outside of the car.”
Wearing large sunglasses, a navy blue trouser suit, white blouse, and a pink manicure, the former Loose Women host appeared relaxed and showed no emotion as she entered the court.
Price, who lives in Horsham, West Sussex, was met by a mass of photographers as she arrived at court in a black Mercedes.
Ahead of the trial, Price posted a picture of her beloved Range Rover to her official Instagram account alongside a message revealing her “positive” mindset.
“Massive day tomorrow back in court regarding my pink baby that @dannyscustompaint fixed up for me,” she wrote in the post.
Boyson told Price to “shut up” when she was asked who was driving and he refused to give officers the alleged driver’s name while insisting he was not “a grass”..
They both said the unnamed person who fled the car had the key, but the car’s engine later turned on, Jones told the court.
Saul said an email was sent to Price’s defence and the court informing them of the new charge of drink driving on February 15.
Price was arrested in a shoeless state and taken to Plumstead police station for a breathalyser test, having allegedly refused one at the side of the road.
She told officers she had been at a friend’s birthday celebration for the evening, during which she was drinking “pornstar martini” cocktails, the prosecutor said.
Saul concluded: “The Crown says that Katie Price was clearly in charge of the car while drunk and also had been driving the car before it was stopped while over the limit.”
The court was told CCTV footage would show her Range Rover earlier damaging a Volkswagen Golf while attempting a three-point turn.
Price had 69 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
