Disney revealed Taylor, who voiced the iconic character for more than 30 years, died in Glendale, California, on Friday.
The US actress beat out 200 people to win the coveted role as Minnie Mouse back in 1986.
She also lent her voice to other characters in numerous films and TV shows, including Who Framed Roger Rabit and Micky Mouse Clubhouse.
