Can gyms open in Tier 3?

That means, unless specifically told so, gyms should be confident they can remain open in Tier 3.

During yesterday’s Downing Street press briefing, the Prime Minister said: “Pubs and bars must close, unless they are serving substantial meals, households can’t mix in doors, or in most outdoor settings.

“In line with the additional measures taken in Lancashire, casinos, bingo halls, betting shops, adult gaming centres and soft play areas must also close.”

Tier 3 is for areas with a very high level of infections and where tighter restrictions are in place.
