McFly star Danny Jones has been a judge on The Voice Kids UK since the show premiered in 2017. He started the show with singer Pixie Lott, and music producer will.i.am, and this year, singer Jessie J joined the judging panel. He’s also one fourth of Noughties British pop band McFly, alongside Harry Judd, Dougie Pointer and Tom Fletcher, which rose to fame in 2004.When he’s not working on the ITV show or making music, Tom is busy being a dad to his 10-month-old son Cooper Alf – who he shares with his wife of four years Georgia Horsley. As well as sharing photos of his family, Danny has also used Instagram to gives fans a glimpse into the musical home he shares with his wife and son.
In one image, Danny invites his followers into his minimalistic living room, which also doubles up as a mini play room for Cooper.
It features a brown leather sofa, with two monochrome, Aztec-print cushions, dark grey tiles, and grey fabric storage bags for Cooper’s toys.
This seems to be the spot for Danny’s workouts with the 33-year-old attempting to exercise on a mat surrounded by his sons toys in one photo.
“When I’m not touring, I’m…” he captioned the image.
In another photo, Danny shows off his very own home studio.
Looking out onto the garden, the swanky studio looks ready for music making, with surround sound, a Mac computer and keyboards all on top of a chic wooden desk.
“My cockpit,’ Danny told his 568k followers as he uploaded the photo.
The musical theme is continued throughout the house, with Danny reserving an entire wall for his collection of guitars which he takes special care of.
For Christmas, the selection of string instruments got a little decoration, as Danny added small santa hats to each of them.
In another room, Danny adds some personal touches to the decor.
A marble mantlepiece displays some of his awards from The Brits and the Official Charts, a wedding photo from his and Georgia’s 2014 wedding, and a baby monitor where Cooper can be seen sleeping on the camera.
Georgia recently revealed that she and Danny had avoided sex for a year after the birth of their son.
Speaking on Zoe Harman and Georgia Dayton’s podcast, Made by Mammas, she said: “We can’t have had sex for a year at one stage because after you have your baby you’re healing and after two months into getting pregnant we didn’t have sex.
“We’re a very touchy feely couple. He was alright he got what he needed! We are a very kissy and cuddly couple so we still had that intimacy.
“I do think sometimes you’re not getting on very well with your other half, I know that we just need to have sex.
“Even if I don’t really want to have sex that day, just so I can be like ‘oh yeah, I fancy you again’.”
