A SINGLE mum was drowning in nappies before getting a much-needed makeover which helped her get her mojo back, and now has people “queuing up” to date her.
Mandy Cole reinvented herself with the help of the single mum ‘makeover then match’ service, exclusively devised by Lisa Palmer, owner of Mogul Matchmakers, which is designed to help transform hardworking, time poor mums before they start dating.
Lisa has a unique way of not just taking the pressure of online dating out of the equation – but adding a glamorous factor to the process that changes everything.
And mum Mandy is very grateful that she did.
When the 43-year-old found out about Lisa’s unique service – she jumped at the chance of ditching dirty nappies and getting her style back.
After a personal one to one consultation and a real in depth heart-to-heart, Lisa and Mandy sorted out exactly what was needed.
Mandy said: “I’m a busy, tired mum who is always on the go and sometimes I feel like all I do is moan.
“But Lisa Palmer really listened to what was going on in my life, what my goals are, my values and what’s important to me, my insecurities and what I’m really looking for.”
Mandy said she had previously spoken to four other matchmaking services, but found they “weren’t very helpful”.
She added: “With Lisa, I found she was very down to earth, warm and friendly and she listened intently to all what I told her.
“You know within a few minutes of meeting Lisa, she really wants to help you all she can and above she really cares.
“Lisa advised me to look within, work on myself and be really happy.
“She has brought back my confidence, my outlook and I feel sexy again.
“In all, I have learned to love myself again.
“Now Lisa has taken me on at Mogul Matchmakers as I know I’m date ready, scared, but ready, and I’m thrilled at the outcome of my makeover.
“If all dating agencies gave their clients the once over and a little shake up before sending them out on dates, perhaps we’d all be a lot more confident.”
Online dating is filled with grey areas, as within a few clicks some find their ideal partner – but for others there are pitfalls.
Looking perfect in your dating profile is something that every singleton worries about.
Should I use a slim and gorgeous photo from ten years ago or something more ‘realistic’? There are decisions to be made – and effort put in to get the results.
But what if things are even harder for the individual dater?
Single mums have not just got stigmas to deal with, they also the added pressures of looking as perfect as celebrity mums such as gorgeous Stacey Solomon, Amanda Holden and Abbey Clancy.
With no make-up, hair scrunched back into a ‘mum-bun’ and thrown on clothes to do the school run – most single mums don’t get a second to think about themselves.
Lisa, who has helped many leading celebrities, said: “Single mums’ anxiety and insecurities that online dating bring have been erased with our brand new service that no other matchmaker or dating agency provides.”
The matchmaker, who hit the headlines for also setting updates for women with Piers Morgan lookalikes last year – agrees that self-esteem is of great importance.
Lisa, who deals with “entrepreneurs, successful businessmen and women, sports stars, celebrities and royalty”, said: “I was aware that many people are faced with challenges before signing up to a dating agency and I wanted to do something about it.
“Social media has such an impact on our daily lives; Instagram, Facebook, and other social media are constant factors in influencing how we feel about ourselves.
“We strive to be like the most beautiful, influential females, comparing ourselves to the stars from all sectors that we see every day, but the reality is not like that and we are real women.
“Single mums seemed the ideal group who need my help as they face so many hurdles on a daily basis – and without a doubt, could all do with a pick-me-up.
“That’s why I came up with the idea of a confidence re-boot and a makeover before they start the dating process.
“This means new look, hair, clothes, fashion advice and fresh make-up, confidence coaching and just real time with me.
“They can then use these tips themselves for future dates and keep up their fab new look.
“We treat every case individually and with Mandy – it was obvious she was gorgeous, she just needed a bit of extra help before I started to match-make her.
“Now she has got them queuing up, and it’s hardly surprising. Just look at her!”
And in terms of your personal security, Lisa has a game changing unique way for clients to feel safe and secure with all her clients having a GPS tracker.
Wherever you are on a date, if they are in trouble – clients are able to hit the distress button and security, (always on standby) will be with you in minutes.
