EASTENDERS fans were left gutted this evening as they missed the soap due to a last minute schedule change.
The BBC One show went head to head with Emmerdale this evening at 7pm because of the Women’s World Cup, instead of airing at its usual time of 7.30pm.
Not everyone got the memo though and many took to Twitter about missing their favourite programme – and finding England vs Norway on the telly instead.
One person wrote: “So turned on #EastEnders only to see the last 2 minutes. Didn’t know the schedule had changed !!!”
Another added: “#Eastenders Thank you for informing us eastenders was on early today. I missed it #Gutted.”
While someone else wrote: “Thanks @BBCOne I missed #EastEnders.”
