Farmers who had sex with horses, dogs, goats and cows ordered to stay jailed

A Pennsylvania appeals court has ruled that a trio of farmers who admitted to having sex with farm animals hundreds of times need to stay in prison.

According to The Patriot-News, the Pennsylvania Superior Court panel upheld 20- to 41-year prison terms for farmers Terry Wallace, Matthew Brubaker and Marc Measnikoff for having sex with animals hundreds of times on their Munson area farm.

In total, the trio pleaded guilty to charges of corruption of minors, 730 counts of sexual intercourse with animals and 730 counts of cruelty to animals.

Investigators even claimed the men made videos of themselves molesting the animals and committing bestiality numerous times.

The men even made videos of themselves as they committed that bestiality, investigators said. And they recruited a teenage boy to help them molest the creatures.

In their appeal, the Pennsylvania farmers Measnikoff, 36, Brubaker, 32, and Wallace, 42, had argued they were sentenced too harshly for having sex with animals.

All three men lived in rundown campers on a farm and they owned the animals they sexually abused.

According to Metro, the original sentencing judge Paul Cherry had written the long sentences would give the trio “adequate time” to work on the mental health issues that led the farmers to sex abuse animals.

The appeals judge agreed, ruling the trio is in the right place to receive treatment for their crimes.

The twisted pals had unsuccessfully argued that their 20-41 year prison terms were too long, and moaned that the judge who sentenced them in April 2019 had not given them any chance of try and rehabilitate themselves.

According to MEAWW, the Pennsylvania farmers allegedly abused and had sex with their animals over a period of four to five years.

Investigators said they had even duped an underage teenager into helping them with the depraved operation.

The teenager, who reported the abuse to police in 2018, told investigators he was tasked with retrieving animals and dropping them into a custom-made chute the farmers had designed to trap the animals so they could have sex with them.

The teen had been lured to the farm with promises that he would help care for livestock, but they ended up forcing him to take part in the sex abuse of the animals.

The trio had pleaded guilty to charges of “corruption of minors, 730 counts of sexual intercourse with animals, and 730 counts of cruelty to animals” in Clearfield County court.

The unnamed teenager was placed into protective custody after Pennsylvania police busted up the animal sex operation.

Prosecutors had said they were scarred by the evidence presented at the trio’s trial, with Clearfield District Attorney William A. Shaw Jr. saying watching videos of the animal sex abuse “burned my corneas and will live with me the rest of my life,” local newspaper The Altoona Mirror reported.

According to previous reporting from The Independent, the sexually abused animals were all rescued and police been worked with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) to find an appropriate place for them to be re-homed.

Measnikoff, Brubaker, and Wallace will remain incarcerated for the next few decades.

Officers found a “large volume of homemade videos, recording equipment and cameras.”
