FAYE Brookes and Gareth Gates are staggering their gruelling workout times so they don’t bump into each other at their favourite gym.
The super fit pair are refusing to find another place to get fit as they throw themselves into tough training sessions to get over their painful split.

Gareth and ex-Corrie star Faye used to train together for hours at the David Lloyd gym near Manchester.
Now they are making sure they train at different times to avoid awkward moments over the weight machines – and now Faye is growing close to her hunky fitness trainer.
A source said: “They are giving each other space to breathe and work through the split. They both love to train and love the David Lloyd so they are being grown up and making sure they have a little bit separation so they know they can train without always looking at the door to see who is walking through into the gym.”
The pair have split again after he popped the question in New York with a giant sparkler in January.
Faye has told pals that once of the reasons for the break-up is that driven Gareth can’t slow down.
The star fulfils endless cruise ship gigs abroad all year round and when he is at home he is a property developer and stock market whiz.
He also owns his own brand of tea called Cuppanut.
A source revealed: “Faye wanted him to slow down and really wanted kids as soon as possible but Gareth just can’t slow down.
“He is away a lot of the time and even when he is back he’s looking at his property outfit and his drinks firm and his stocks and shares. There was just no time for Faye.”
Now The Sun on Sunday has revealed Faye is being seen at events with muscle-bound Joe Davies, leaving Gareth “heartbroken”.
An insider said: “He’s in pieces. Towards the end of their relationship, Faye started having mysterious late night gym sessions and saying she was out with new gym pals.
“About five weeks ago they had a blazing row, and Gareth confronted Faye about Joe. He felt something wasn’t right, though she insisted they were friends.”
The couple had hoped to marry at a £50,000 wedding in a fairy-tale castle.
They wanted to book idyllic Peckforton Castle where Jamie and Rebecca Vardy tied the knot, as did Burnley star Phil Bardsley and reality telly favourite Tanya.
And it was where US singer Ciara wed NFL star husband Russell Wilson.
To wed on a Saturday in summer costs from around £25,000 – but rise steeply with extras like a free bar and rooms for guests.
And the couple wanted a no-expense spared bash at the posh pile in Cheshire, which was built in Victorian times but in the style of a medieval castle for local landowner John Tollemarche.
Generous Gareth had already splashed out tens of thousands of pounds on a four-carat diamond ring for Faye after he popped the question on a trip to New York.
The couple hadn’t set a date but Faye had been feverishly planning the bash.
