GERARD PIQUE has stoked his growing feud with historic rivals Real Madrid by comparing winning away at the Santiago Bernabeu to sex with his wife Shakira.
Barcelona earned major bragging rights with their back-to-back wins over Los Blancos at the beginning of the month and the Spaniard loved the chance to stick a boot in.
Pique appeared on Spanish TV show La Resistencia – filmed in Madrid -where a discussion with presenter David Broncano turned to his sex life with partner Shakira.
The 32-year-old was asked how many times he had sex in the last month when he laughed and issued the incredible response: “Do those times at the Bernabeu count?”
Barca ended Madrid’s hopes of domestic silverware after a 3-0 win in the Copa del Rey followed by a 1-0 victory in La Liga four days later that put them 10 points clear.
Los Blancos were then dumped out of the Champions League by Ajax three days after the latter which ultimately cost Santiago Solari his job after the miserable week.

Pique also revealed he also likes to prank Los Blanco’s journalists, including Tomas Roncero, the editor in chief of the Madrid section of Spanish newspaper Diario AS.
He added: “We have a Whatsapp group with every player in Barca, and some former players. sometimes we add Madrid journalists like Roncero, send them pig emojis and kick them out of the group.”
This is not the first time the Spanish defender has detailed his mischief on WhatsApp, disclosing last year that he liked to troll Madrid players as much as their reporters.
Writing in Players’ Tribune, he said: “I’m going to let you in on a little inside information. Everybody knows that footballers have text groups on WhatsApp.

“I have one just for my friends from home, and I have another just for my Barca teammates. But my favourite one might surprise you.
“Earlier this season, when we were already 8 or 9 points clear of Real Madrid in the league, I started a special group for some of the guys on the Spanish national team who play for Real Madrid and Barcelona.
“All we do in that group is talk sh*t to one another about Barca and Real! It’s the best. We’re just like little kids. And the truth is, it’s especially hilarious for me right now because now we’re up 15 points on Real in the league. So I’m getting very creative in my responses.
