Despite its luxurious features, the Isle of Wight home has been on the market for six months and is now being listed for less than the £3.3million it cost to build.
The couple who built it had to take out 11 loans to finance the property.
It was originally put on the market for £3.95million in October but the asking price is now £2.99million.
Estate agents Spence Willard originally expected the property to sell for close to £4million.
