A Joe Biden supporter fired a shotgun at a father and son as they drove past his house and honked at him while he put out a sign.
Douglas Kuhn, 50, was arrested after shooting at Trump supporters Neal Houk and his son Bradley Lang in Kingsville, Maryland, on Saturday afternoon.
They honked at him as he put up Black Lives Matter signs in his front garden at the intersection between Cedar Lane and Mount Vista Road at around 2.30pm.
Kuhn fired the shotgun at the truck with Donald Trump signs in the windows but luckily missed Houk, Lang and the vehicle.

Houk told WJZ: ‘He reached down. He had a shotgun right there, pulled it out and pointed it right at. And we were in disbelief.
‘Next thing we heard was a shotgun blast. We see what’s going on in the country, and I really didn’t expect it right here at home.
‘Then, to hear the gunshot, we were rattled. I’m shaking just talking about it.’
He told WMAR2: ‘I came down Cedar and turned down here and blew the horn.
‘There was a gentleman in the field putting up a banner and I blew the horn and he had a shotgun right there and he reached down, picked it up, pointed it.

Lang, a member of the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee and Chief of Staff for the Maryland Federation of College Republicans, said his and his father’s honking at Kuhn was friendly
‘My son was in the passenger seat. We looked straight down the barrel and we looked in disbelief and then right then he fired the shotgun.’
Lang, a member of the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee and Chief of Staff for the Maryland Federation of College Republicans, said his and his father’s honking at Kuhn was friendly.
He told WBAL: ‘It’s Kingsville, it’s a friendly area. Everyone honks at each other. We think we were hoping there could be some civility between people who support different candidates.
‘He picked up a shotgun from near his feet and ran towards us aiming it and we got 100, 200 feet down the road, he began to fire.
‘We were scared, although we were happy that he missed, the truck was missed and we were alright.’
Neighbor David Franz (pictured) said Kuhn had put up Black Lives Matter and Biden 2020 signs several times before which had been torn down by others
Officers later arrested and charged Kuhn with two counts of first and second-degree assault.
A neighbor said this was not the first time issues had arisen around Kuhn’s front yard signs.
David Franz said Kuhn had put up Black Lives Matter and Biden 2020 signs several times before which had been torn down by others.
He told Fox 45 News: ‘The Black Lives Matter sign was down and one of the Biden signs was down. They’re flags that were torn down.
Houk and Lang honked at Kuhn as he put up signs in his front garden, including ones supporting Joe Biden according to police, at the intersection between Cedar Lane and Mount Vista Road at around 2.30pm
‘I never asked what his political affiliations were and I really don’t care. You’re entitled to put up whatever you want on your property.’
After a bail review hearing Monday, Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger said Kuhn will remain in jail without bail until private home detention is arranged.
Once released, the suspect can have no contact with the victim.
At the hearing, Baltimore County District Court Judge Philip Tirabassi said: ‘How did it get to the point where he pulls out a shotgun? What has the world come to?
‘This is beyond belief. Free speech. Why resort to weaponry. This could have been horrible.’
