The Labour Party leader is currently self-isolating at his home as a family member is waiting for coronavirus test results. This means he is unable to enter Parliament. Sky News’ Joke Pike wrote on Twitter: “NEW: @AngelaRayner will stand in for @Keir_Starmer at #PMQs tomorrow while the Labour leader remains in isolation. “Unclear if the PM will attend or send a substitute.”
