KYLIE Minogue broke down in tears on stage at Glastonbury 14 years after pulling out over her breast cancer diagnosis.

The superstar was due to headline the Pyramid Stage at the festival in 2005 when she discovered she had the disease.
Today she told crowds: “I just want to take a moment…”
She then broke off as she fought back the tears.
Turning her back on the crowd to compose herself, Kylie the continued: “In 2005 I was meant to be here on this very stage.
“Circumstances meant I didn’t make it. I was watching in Australia wishing things had been different but life is what it is.”
She was joined on stage by Chris Martin who sang her fan favourite Can’t Get You Out of My Mind[/caption]
She was cheered by thousands of people in the crowd who had gatehred to watch her iconic performance.
Kylie added: “We’re all here in this moment.
“It always dawns on me about my story, and not only that by our story. It’s 30 years of stories.
“Back then when I was watching some of the artists who covered my songs. That is the spirit and gracious nature of Glastonbury and people I guess.

“I asked one of those people if he would join me in this momentous moment and sing that song together.
“He said ‘alright i’ll come and play in the band’”.
She then introduced Chris Martin who came out to play guitar for Can’t Get You Out Of My Head. He even sang a few lines too when Kylie encouraged him in front of the crowd.
Relieved she was holding it together Kylie added: “I didn’t cry too much, it’s good.”
