As a result, filming on the Greek Island has been pushed back.

An insider explained: “Lee was due to fly out of Stansted airport yesterday morning, but when the driver turned up at his house, and he was hammering on the door and calling him for hours, but Lee didn’t appear.

“In the end, hours later, Lee finally turned up, but by then they’d missed the flight and production had to book him another one and push filming in Crete back.”

The source went on to add: “The rest of the cast were waiting around and producers were furious at him.”

The pair were spotted cuddling up in the smoker’s area as they seemed more interested in spending time with each other than their prospective dates.

Lauren decided to sign up for the programme after she split from ex boyfriend Joey Morrison last year.

Meanwhile, Lee is single after ending his on-off relationship with Samantha Miller, with whom he shares an 11-year-old son called Rayn.
