AN aircraft engineer from Wales is in the running to appear in this year’s Love Island.
According to reports, Callum Macleod, 28, who is not just a pretty face, hopes of having his own calendar one day.
A source told the Daily Star: “His wish may come true as he is certainly going to be one of the pin-ups this year.
“The girls are going to love him. At the moment he has 1,123 Instagram followers but that will rocket once viewers see him.”
The hunk – who is from South Wales – is no stranger to being topless and regularly shares pictures of himself partying around the world.
Yesterday we revealed the first name confirmed for the series – beauty therapist Amber Gill from Newcastle.
The 21-year-old was flown to Majorca by show bosses this weekend ahead of the ITV2 series opening on June 3.
A TV insider revealed: “Amber is a down to earth and fun-loving girl. She loves to party and is always out in Newcastle.
“She’s beautiful and looks incredible in a bikini and unlike other previous stars of the show doesn’t have masses of Instagram followers.
British Airways stewardess Amy Hart, 26, from Sussex, has also been lined up to star in the show this summer.
