LOVE Island fans claim Caroline Flack made more appearances in Uber Eats ads than she did hosting the show in the villa.

The food delivery service forked out a whopping £5million to sponsor this year’s show and it gave Caroline, 39, and show narrator Iain Stirling, 31, starring roles in its humorous island-themed sketches.

Caroline hosted the weekly Aftersun show on ITV2 and jetted to Majorca for major moments such as dumpings, recouplings and new arrivals.

With the ads appearing nightly in between each part of the show though, viewers grew more accustomed to seeing her plugging the brand.

One fan wrote on Twitter: “Swear we have seen more of Caroline Flack on Uber eats adds than on the actual show🧐 #loveIsIand.”

Another shared: “Caroline Flack has had more screen time on the Uber Eats adverts than on actual presenting duty. #loveislandfinal.”

A third posted: “Just me or has Caroline Flack made more of an appearance on the Uber Eats adverts than she has on the actual series? #LoveIsIand.”

While a fourth said: “Caroline flack is more of a host for uber eats than she is for love island lool #loveisland.”

Love Island has become an advertising gold mine for ITV, with the show tying cast members into contracts to promote brands that rake in huge revenue for the channel.

The latest season earned £8 million more in clothing, make-up and merchandise licensing than last year’s thanks to its deal with I Saw It First.

It’s thought the show rakes in £136million overall for ITV.
