Maura Higgins entered the Love Island villa with a bang this year.
One of the first “bombshells” to enter the villa, she set her sights set on boxer Tommy Fury.
However, it was not meant to be, and she has now moved onto to housemate Tom.
The feisty Irish-woman’s mum has spoke out to deny her daughter has had plastic surgery, besides lip fillers.
Sharon told the Longford Leader, the newspaper in Maura’s hometown of County Longford: “She’s 28 now. She has matured. She never got plastic surgery ever.
“The only thing she ever got done – and she never hid it, she had it up on her own Instagram – was she got some lip filler. Because she had quite thin lips.”
Maura has a long history in modelling, having work as a grid girl at motorsports events.
The gorgeous model has worked with energy drinks brand Monster.
She also appeared in a music video with Cheryl’s ex Liam Payne for song Get Low.
Maura has 520,000 followers on Instagram and is managed by Off Limits Entertainment Ltd, a Soho talent company.
On her account she she shows off her lifestyle, revealing trips of music festival Coachella, LA, Abu Dhabi and Dubai among other glamorous locations.
However, throwback images of Maura in her youth have shocked fans as she looks shockingly different.
The snaps show Maura rocking a drastically different hairdo, with a dark full fringe. In her school year book she wears hoop earrings with her school uniform.
Commenting on her drastic transformation a Twitter user wrote: “I guess there’s hope for all of us.”
Love Island host Caroline Flack has also gone through a significant transformation.
She has lost one stone before this year’s series.
Kicking off her weight loss with a 12-week detox, the star slimmed down by over a stone and managed to keep the weight off.
As part of the detox, Caroline gave up alcohol and cut sugar from her diet altogether.
After losing weight, she revealed: “I went really hard with my detox. I probably went a little overboard because I was really strict in those 12-weeks.”
