Meghan Markle baby: Where will the baby stay? Inside newly-renovated nursery

The royal baby is expected any day now and Meghan Markle is likely to take some time off to spend at home after the birth.  The Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry first announced they were expecting back in October 2018.  Since then, they have been busy preparing for the new addition, and the couple recently moved into their own newly-renovated home in Windsor.  Meghan has reportedly already decorated a room for the baby and opted for a surprising modern look.

The couple announced they were expecting just five months after they married at Windsor Castle in May 2018.

Since then, royal fans have been eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse of the new royal baby.

Although the Duke and Duchess are expected to try and keep their child’s life as private as possible, fans have been given a glimpse into what could be the baby’s room.

Meghan and Harry have chosen not to find out the gender of their child and have decorated their nursery with this in mind, royal expert Katie Nicholl – who has written several books on the British Royal Family, told ET.

Instead, they have ditched traditional pink and blue baby colours and gone for modern decor.

Meghan and Harry have chosen to go with a modern and more mature colour scheme for the room of their first child.

“They’ve decided not to find out the sex,” Katie Nicholl told ET.

“According to sources who are helping with renovations, the nursery itself is going to be very modern. Don’t expect to see any baby pink or baby blue.

“Apparently, it’s going to be a monochrome palette – whites and greys, I’m told, will be the colour theme for baby Sussex’s nursery.”

Meghan and Harry are not likely to let fans know the gender of their child until after it is born, but it seems they will have will be kept in a gender neutral room.
