Melania Trump stepped out wearing a stunning emerald green dress and stiletto high heel shoes. Donald Trump’s wife wore a long-sleeved garment to attend an event at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. Posting on Instagram, Melania shared a selection of pictures which showed her clapping in the audience before greeting performers on stage. She is often spotted wearing lovely pieces from her wardrobe and this event was no exception as she demanded attention in her bright look.
The US First Lady used Instagram to share some snaps from the event and praise the performers who she had watched.
She said: “A lovely evening at the Kennedy Center tonight! Thank you to the inspiring young performers who shared their talents w/ us.
“Thank you to @kennedycenter for your influential role in preserving the arts & for the @VSAIntl program that provides important & life-changing opportunities for so many.”
At the event, Melania opted for a bold green number which had long sleeves and cut off just above the ankle.
She dress had a high pussybow neck and a fitted top which was pulled in at the waist before continuing into a midi-length pleated skirt.
Melania gave the elegant look a relaxed feel as she rolled up the long sleeves.
She let the dress take the attention as she opted for more muted footwear and a pair of closed toe nude high heel shoes.
Her hair was worn down in a middle parting and styled into a bouncy blow-dry.
Earlier this week, she stepped out with her husband, Donald Trump, to pay her respects in a head to toe black outfit.
The couple looked sombre as the showed up for the late Supreme Court Justice, John Paul Stevens, at a private ceremony in Washington.
Melania chose to wear a long-sleeved black pencil dress which was teamed with black stiletto heels.
She recently dressed in a bold rainbow dress during celebrations from US Independence Day and some thought she was making a statement with the design.
The fit and flare dress had a large white bow on one shoulder and a small off-the-shoulder sleeve a small sleeve on the other.
It had a fitted top which flared into a large white full skirt with different coloured stripes across it.
She paired the look with bright pink high heel shoes and some people took to Twitter to say they thought her dress was making a subtle nod to LGBT rights.
