The retired adult actress told Daily Star Online last year the six-ounce disk hurtled into her at a Stanley Cup Playoff game.
She said it ruptured her left breast implant and left her feeling like “blood was going everywhere”.
Now Mia Khalifa – who believes the puck was travelling around 80mph – has had surgery to fix it.
Her boyfriend Robert Sandberg, a chef from Sweden, shared a picture of Mia in recovery.
Robert wrote on Instagram: “A four-hour easy surgery caused by a hockey puck went really good for my princess.
“Now we are home to get some rest and she is in very good hands.
“I grabbed my chest and I didn’t want to let go, because I felt like if I did let go blood was going to be everywhere”
“I Love you so much my warrior Mia Khalifa.”
The American-Lebanese actress was enjoying the game when the puck travelled over a barrier and “caught her off guard”.
The West Ham fan – who recently watched the Hammers beat Arsenal 1-0 at the London Stadium – told Daily Star Online: “I was sitting behind the glass during a game, and it came shooting over the glass and it caught me so off guard and I had no idea it was coming.
“I grabbed my chest and I didn’t want to let go, because I felt like if I did let go blood was going to be everywhere.
“I got to take it home, it was the single greatest souvenir any hockey fan can get: a game-used puck that comes at you and hits you.
“They’re really heavy, it’s pure rubber, they go at about 80mph.
“My left breast is slightly deflated now and I will be getting it fixed next year.”
But Mia – who kept the puck as a treasured souvenir – doesn’t think it was the most painful experience of her life.
Asked what was, she told us: “I’ve seen my team (Washington Capitals) lose before, that’s a lot more painful.”
Mia shot to fame in 2014 in an adult career that lasted only three months.
She was ranked the number one performer on adult site, Pornhub, and today commands a level of public notoriety.
Mia received death threats from terrorist group, ISIS, after she starred in adult scenes wearing a headscarf.
But after quitting the industry she has starred as a presenter and featured on talk shows.
Today she commands 13.8million followers on Instagram.
