Actor Michael J Fox, 59, has gone into detail about the time he found himself sitting next to Princess Diana for the world premiere of Back to the Future back in 1985 in London. The Marty McFly sensation confessed he was in “agony” as he revealed the “nightmare” he went through while watching the film.
Princess Diana was one of the many celebrities who attended the star-studded screening.
Michael revealed he had no idea he would be sitting next to the late Princess of Wales until the film had started.
“She was sitting next to me,” he recalled.
“The lights go down and the movie starts, and I realise I am one fake yawn and an arm stretch away from being on a date with her, which is hilarious.”
