A MUM-OF-TWO has showed off her incredible post-baby abs – which she got without stepping foot in a gym.
Shop worker Tess Papaioannou, from Melbourne, Australia, struggled with her baby weight after having daughter Reeva in 2016.
At her heaviest, the mum weighed 11-and-a-half stone and wore a size 12-14, but she’s since shed an impressive three-and-a-half stone.
Tess signed up to online weight loss programme 28 by Sam Wood, which encourages women to do 28-minute daily workouts at home, and lost 2st 12lb in her first seven months.
She told Daily Mail Australia.“I felt so uncomfortable when I was pregnant. I was not an all belly, glowing pregnant woman, I gained weight everywhere and hated it.”
Speaking to news.com.au, she added: “I didn’t like it. I was really down and out and every time I looked in the mirror I’d think ‘Oh God I look terrible’.”
Tess is now a slim 8st 2lb and wears size 6 clothing.
She told the Mail: “I’m lighter now than I ever was pre-babies. I absolutely cannot believe I have abs now.”
The mum does all her exercise in her lounge, telling news.com.au: “I have never been to a gym because it’s impossible for me to get there.”
Instead, Tess works out either first thing in the morning or in the evening when her husband gets home from work.
She has a fitness mat and three different weight dumbbells for the full body workouts, which use a combination of cardio and weight training.
Tess also follows the 28 by Sam Wood meal plan.
BREAKFAST: Smoothie or eggs
LUNCH: Avocado and tomato on crisp breasts
DINNER: Meat and vegetables

But when Tess fell pregnant with her second daughter Aria in August 2017, she was forced to stop working out after experiencing lots of pain.
With constant cravings, Tess saw the weight pile back on – but she’s since shed another 2st 3lb.
Yesterday, we spoke to a size 20 mum who was inspired to shed 5.5 stone in eight months by Love Island.
