Natwest is one of the UK’s biggest banks – both on the hughstreet and online, has millions of customers in the UK and abroad. However Natwest customers have today reportedly been left unable to access their accounts on payday, because of an error relating to Natwest’s online banking system. DownDetector, a site recording website failures – believe the Natwest’s online banking tool has been down intermittently since 5.00am.
Natwest customers have taken to social to complain they have been left unable to log in online, check their bank balance or transfer money.

Most of the issues affecting Natwest customers appear to be related to desktop access
And only a small percentage of customers are though to be experiencing issues with its mobile and app banking tools.
Natwest customers experiencing issues are advised to contact the bank on the phone or visit your local branch.
