You on Netflix is returning for its third season next year as Joe Goldberg’s (played by Penn Badgley) twisted and sociopathic story continues – although this time he has the equally deluded Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti) by his side. And as fans eagerly await the next season of the hit drama, Netflix has been dropping news on who will be starring to face off against Joe in the new run. One such face happens to be one familiar with NCIS fans after proving popular in the CBS crime series, Jack Fisher.
During his stint as Phineas on NCIS, Fisher’s character quickly became a popular one with viewers thanks to his bond with leading man Gibbs (Mark Harmon).
The son of the radicalised Sarah/Mira Sahar Azam (Louise Barnes), Phineas found himself at the centre of a gripping terror plot in season 17.
Phineas and Sarah were Gibbs’ neighbour but unbeknownst to them both, the mother had an agenda which left both Gibbs and Ziva (Cote de Pablo) at risk.
After discovering the truth, Gibbs was forced to take out Sarah in order to save himself and Ziva – but the drama with Phineas didn’t stop there.

Phineas went missing only to later be abducted by another terrorist involved in the cell.
However, Phineas, inspired by Gibbs, broke free and his captor was arrested before the youngster said his goodbyes to Gibbs and reunited with his foster parents.
Fisher’s character hasn’t been seen on NCIS ever since the 11th episode of season 17.
But for fans of the actor, they’ll be able to catch him playing the younger Joe in You.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina alum Tati Gabrielle put pen to paper to star as Marienne.
Marienne enters the fray as an eagle-eyed librarian within Joe and Love’s new neighbourhood – however, she’s hiding demons of her own.
Dylan Arnold – who boxset fans may know best for his time on Nashville – had also landed a recurring role.
Arnold takes on the role of Theo, a newbie college student whose home life sends his personal life on a downwards spiral.
