OLIVER McBURNIE will have a medical at Sheffield United today.
The Scotland striker has travelled to put the final touches of a deal from Swansea worth £20million.
He is the next player Chris Wilder has landed after swooping for England Under-21 goalkeeper Dean Henderson on loan from Manchester United and Ben Osborn for £3.5m from Nottingham Forest.
Wilder has already signed Lys Mousset for £10m from Bournemouth and Republic of Ireland forward Callum Robinson from Preston- but still wants McBurnie’s firepower for the Premier League.
The 23-year-old scored 24 goals in the Championship last season and Wilder reckons he will make the step up to the top flight.
A fee has been agreed with Swansea that will see the Welsh club get £17m up front with the rest in add-ons.
