Piers Morgan reveals child psycho killer interview put chills on him

PIERS Morgan has revealed meeting a killer for his new series was the most disturbing moment of his career.

The presenter came face to face with crazed Paris Bennett who murdered his four-year-old sister Ella to spite his mum when he was just 13.

Speaking on Lorraine yesterday, he said: “It was chilling. I have sat with a lot of killers, very dangerous people. But I have never felt quite as chilled, in a bad way, as I did with that guy. He has a genius level IQ.

“The FBI profilers we brought in to advise us said: ‘He will have done his research on you very thoroughly. He will try and play you and manip-ulate you’.

“And I really felt that. I felt like I was in a psychological combat with this guy.

“I wasn’t allowed in the same room as him. He was considered too dangerous.

“He had to be behind reinforced glass. He is so cunning and mani-pulative and smart that he might just use that opportunity to commit another murder.

“There was something about him that was so dangerous. It felt like he was gaming everything.”

See Piers meet Paris tonight from 9pm on ITV.
