Kelsey Turner, 25, was apprehended in Stockton, California, after 71-year-old Thomas Burchard was found inside an abandoned car on State Route 147 outside Las Vegas, police said.

A driver came across the car after he noticed it had a rock thrown through one of its windows.

Burchard died after being dealt a blunt-force injury to his head, according to police.

The blonde is now awaiting extradition to Clark County  – where Sin City is located – following her arrest by Las Vegas detectives and FBI officers.

No further details about the arrest were revealed.

Turner’s Facebook page includes numerous photographs with celebs, including Shameless US actor William H Macey.

It also includes her shoots with Playboy Italia and pictures with children.

The same page also lists her as living in Las Vegas.

Burchard, meanwhile, worked for the Montague Health – based in California – for more than 40 years.

A company spokeswoman said: “It’s a very sad situation, and our hearts go out to his family, friends, patients and colleagues.

“We are notifying his patients and providing grief counselling for staff.”

The corpse of another man, Marcos Madrid, 33, was found along the same stretch of road eight days after Burchard was discovered.
