And he unveiled his new blond look just days after he was praised by Manchester United legend Eric Cantona for concentrating more on his football that his hairstyle.

Discussing the 25-year-old’s dramatic turn of form since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho, King Eric told Paddy Power: “Since Ole has arrived, he hasn’t changed his haircut.

“Maybe he made Pogba understand that the priority is to play football.

“First you have to be good on the pitch, and then you can do something else. If you lose your concentration because you’re thinking more about your haircut than your football, that’s not good.

“If after they score goals and win things, they can change their haircut — that’s not a problem.

“But first, concentration: think about winning and football.”

Solskjaer took charge in December and Pogba has gone for relatively low-key haircuts throughout that time.

But he seemed delighted to show the world his newest style as he left the United team coach on arrival at Selhurst Park earlier.

The star was named in the starting XI for United as part of a midfield three alongside Fred and Scott McTominay.

The Red Devils are looking to stretch their unbeaten ten-match Prem run under Solskjaer against the Eagles.
