Robin Williams’ 6,500-sq-ft Bay Area home finally sells for $5.35million after spending a year on the market and having asking price slashed from $7.25million

The former Bay Area home belonging to Robin Williams has sold for $5.35million – a nearly $2million drop from its initial asking price in November 2019.  

The six-bedroom home in Marin County had its first price cut in August 2020, when the $7.25milion asking price was slashed down to $5.995million, SF Gate reports.

The 6,500-square-foot residence at 95 Saint Thomas Way was built in 1987 and sits on a double lot with stunning views.

Attached to the dining room is an eat-in kitchen that has a massive center island and stone countertops. Stainless steel appliances are all throughout and the kitchen also comes with a walk-in pantry.        

Williams purchased the property in 2008 for $4.05 million, according to the LA Times.

Upon his death at 66 in 2014, the star of Mork & Mindy, Mrs. Doubtfire and Good Morning, Vietnam bequeathed the bulk of his estate, estimated to be worth $100 million, to his children from his first two marriages, Zachary, Cody and Zelda.

The estate in Paradise Cay had been left in trust for Williams’ widow Susan Schneider initially.
