It is understood the new royal mum spent her special day on August 4th at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor with family, including Prince Harry, 34, and three-month-old son Archie.

However, while the occasion was believed to be low-key, Hello!have reported that Meghan was delivered a cake from Luminary Bakery.

Now, royal correspondent Omid Scobie has shared a snap of the carrot cake on Twitter.

In the image, it can be seen decorated with citrus fruit and ‘Happy Birthday Meghan’ icing.

Also in shot is a copy of the September issue of British Vogue, which Meghan guest-edited and highlighted the bakery in as one of her good causes to support.

Scobie captioned his picture: “Thanks so much to Alice Williams and the awesome team at @LuminaryBakery in London for letting us join them last weekend as they created Duchess Meghan’s beautiful carrot birthday cake.

@LuminaryBakery’s dedication to helping women from disadvantaged backgrounds get their lives back on track is impressive.

“And the social enterprise (one of Meghan’s ) is growing fast — they announced a cookbook today and have a second location opening soon!”
