Skint Katie Price shuts down another business with £22,000 of debts – weeks before launching TWO new kid’s clothing lines

SKINT Katie Price’s clothing company is shutting down – leaving debts of £22,000.

The business, KDC Trading Limited, used to sell Katie’s equestrian line and clothing line, but has been hit with a compulsory strike-off notice because she’s failed to file accounts, which means it’s shutting down.

But Katie’s company still owes £24,213 to creditors – and as Katie has made no secret of her financial issues, it’s unlikely she’ll be paying them back before closing the company.

Katie is currently paying back £12,000 a month under the terms of her IVA.

But when she closes KDC Trading, the £24k debt won’t be added onto the total £856,358 she owes – 41% of the £2.1m debt she ran up – creditors will have to take action against Katie for the money.

But clearly she’s got plans to make the money back – she’s recently revealed that she’s launching two kids clothing companies, one named after daughters Princess and Bunny, another named after sons Junior and Jett.

She promised that a third line, named after eldest son Harvey, is also on the way.

The Sun Online revealed that Katie is demanding £132,000 from a perfume firm that went broke without paying her.

She’s also flogging her old clothes on eBay – making just £66.

But Katie has also splashed out on a series of luxury holidays – six trips in just eight months.

The businesswoman spent an estimated £25,000 on the exotic trips – and has also bragged outside court that when her driving ban is up, she’ll be going luxury car shopping too.
