SUSANNA Reid revealed she had lost 1.5 stone last month after ditching the booze – and has continued to show it off since.
Images from just last year show the 48-year-old looking very different compared to this summer, as she shares the secrets of her success.
The Good Morning Britain host gave up booze, stopped snacking and interestingly, cutting down on her work outs to help her get in the best shape of her life.
She told Prima magazine: “I’ve lost a stone-and-a-half and I feel fantastic.”
Discussing her decision to lose weight, she said: “This time last year, I went to the doctor with a skin problem and he told me I could do with losing some weight.
“It turned out I was at the upper end of my BMI and, I have to admit, I’d been feeling a little heavy for a while.”
Fans were however shocked to learn that she has only just started going to the gym again.
“I’d stopped going for a while because it gave me an excuse to over-snack,” she revealed
“But the good feeling of doing exercise is unbeatable.”
Despite being in incredible shape, Susanna admitted she still isn’t always happy with pictures of herself.

She said: “I often look at pictures of myself and think, ‘Wow I don’t like that.’
“But that’s normal isn’t it? There are more bad pictures of me in existence than there are good…
“The fact is I’m a real woman, I just happen to be on TV and I’m quite proud of that.”
