President Trump has some harsh words for Big Tech.
In a video posted to Twitter Wednesday night, President Trump slammed tech companies such as Google for censoring stories about his opponent, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
“Now they’ve taken it to a new level,” he said on the White House lawn. “What they’re doing now is incredible. As an example, they’re suppressing the corruption of Joe Biden. They’re suppressing it. They won’t let the stories out.”
Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey came under fire Wednesday when he testified in front of the Senate that the tech giant falsely lifted the ban on The Post’s stories exposing Joe Biden and his son Hunter’s work in Ukraine and China.
However, Twitter users pointed out they still had difficulties sharing The Post’s stories.
“Whether you like it or don’t like it. They won’t even let the stories go out,” President Trump said in the video. “And the evidence is very strong — very, very powerful. Big Tech has to be spoken to and probably in some form have to be stopped because they’re taking away your rights.”
