Green is being held by cops on a $194,000 bond on 20 counts relating to the fatal smash in Florida.
He is accused of losing control of his 2011 Dodge Durango and veering into the path of a truck with trailer.
It then spiralled into a five-car pile-up involving numerous other drivers.
Emelina Morfa, 67, and Emma Suarez Hernandez, 76, both died in the crash – and Mily Vita-Vega, 65, and Teresa Jaramillo, 58, was seriously injured.
Several other people were also injured in the crash and Green sustained minor injuries.

Green faces numerous charges for the crash, including two DUI manslaughter over the deaths of Morfa and Hernandez.
He has also been held on charges of four felony counts of DUI causing serious bodily injury, and five counts of DUI property damage.
Additional charges include possession of cocaine, marijuana possession, and driving without a license.
Cops claim the toxicology report shows green test positive for cannabinoid, tetrahydrocannabinol and a blood-alcohol level of 0.14.
Green was previously involved in a minor crash in Deerfield Beach.
He was then cited for driving on a suspended or revoked license as well as not having proof of insurance.
And the deadly crash happened just two weeks after this previous offence.
Weeks after the fatal smash, The Predator was travelling to Russia to fight Mairbek Taisumov.
Desmond has fought two more times since the crash with his most recent match coming in May.
He defeated Charles Joudain by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night.
The Predator currently holds a 23-8 professional record, suffering his first loss after six straight wins.
He has also held the Titan FC Featherweight Championship. and the NEF Lightweight Championship.
