The 26-year-old is set to make his full debut for the Serie A giants against Lecce in two weeks time with the league game staged at the San Siro.
Lukaku’s dominance comes on the same day ex-club United smashed Chelsea 4-0 at Old Trafford.
Despite selling the Belgian for £73m this summer and not bringing in a replacement, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men proved the 26-year-old will not be missed.
Leading the line for United Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial bagged three between them with new winger Daniel James rounding off the win with a debut goal.
Ex-Chelsea and United manager Jose Mourinho, working as a pundit for Sky Sports, claimed Rashford has a chance to shine at Old Trafford this season – with Lukaku in Milan.
Mourinho said: “He has to score more than 10 goals especially without Lukaku.
