Watch former Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas produce a filthy bit of skill… completely by accident

CESC FABREGAS lived up to his reputation as the pass-master after he produced a brilliant piece of innovative skill during Monaco’s 2-0 win against Lyon.

The 31-year-old bamboozled French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele to slip in team-mate Aleksandr Golovin and set up a counter-attack.

In a completely revolutionary pass, the Spanish World Cup winner trod on the ball upon receiving it, with the backspin going right in the path of the Russian.

Monaco tweeted out the outrageous clip, with Fabregas himself commenting on it, as he joked he is: “Inventing new ways of passing.”

Understandably, people were left doubting whether it was intentional from the ex-Arsenal magician, with Metro Sport asking him, “Come on then Cesc Fabregas, did you mean this or not?”

To which he replied by saying: “Of course I did.”

“Hopefully he will renew with Chelsea, but if he does not he will finish in Madrid.”
