President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentlemen Doug Emhoff paused at the White House’s South Portico for a moment of silence Monday for the 500,000 U.S. deaths blamed on the coronavirus. (Feb. 22)
